PURPOSE: An automatic releasing device for a sliding door and a window is provided to easily release an opening object and to prevent an invasion of an intruder by automatically releasing the automatic releasing device when the opening object is opened and automatically locking when the opening object is closed. CONSTITUTION: An automatic releasing device comprises a case(10) installed in an opening object; a handle case(20) slid toward an opened side of the case(10), supported by at least one springs(25) and formed a long guide hole(21); an operating link(30) rotated according to a pressing of the handle case(20) by installing inside the case(10); a releasing link(40) installed a spring for installing and dismantling in a hanging device in a doorframe of an opening object by installing inside the case(10); and a link separation preventing device(22) to prevent a separation of the opening object from the doorframe by preventing a separation of a hanging portion. In opening the opening object by pressing the handle case(20), the releasing link(40) is automatically released from the hanging portion. In closing the opening object, the releasing link(40) is locked in the hanging portion automatically. Thereby, an invasion of an intruder is prevented.
