PURPOSE: A valve of an LPG(liquefied petroleum gas) container is provided to discharge vapor through an atmospheric pressure discharge vent by forming a vent adjusting unit and to rapidly charge the LPG container without unnecessary pressure. CONSTITUTION: A valve with an atmospheric pressure discharge vent contains an overflow prevention unit inserted into the lower portion; a manual opening unit mounted on the right end of a body unit as an exit unit; an urgent closing unit mounted on the upper portion; a fitting unit mounted on the left portion of the body unit; a flange unit formed in the lower portion of the body unit; and a pipe mounting unit. A vent adjusting unit(50) adjusts a through hole in which the body unit is inserted. The vent adjusting unit consists of a connecting line connecting an inner hole(10) and an outer hole(20); an opening ball(30) inserted into the connecting line; and an adjusting screw(40) vertically adjusting the opening ball. The adjusting screw is not protruded from the body unit for safety.
