REACTOR INTERNAL STRUCTURE HAVING INTEGRATED INNER CYLINDER ASSEMBLY

PURPOSE: A reactor internal structure having an integrated inner cylinder assembly is provided to maintain integrity in both normal operation condition and abnormal operation condition. CONSTITUTION: An upper guide structure assembly is positioned on an upper part of a reactor internal structure which safely guides a control rod and supports a nuclear fuel. An inner cylinder(520) of an inner cylinder assembly applies a strength of a bundle to surround the nuclear fuel and the control rod. A control rod guide support stand(590) guides the control rod. An inner cylinder assembly(520+580+590) in the upper guide structure assembly(110) has an inner cylinder(520) of the inner cylinder assembly having no hole allowing a bypass flow. A flange of the control rod guide support stands(590) is circular shaped. An upper guide structure assembly flange is welded in a circumferential direction. The inner cylinder(520) of the inner cylinder assembly and a U-shaped guide line are welded to directly transfer a seismic load in a reactor container to the inner cylinder assembly and the bundle.
