<p>The proposed device for the axial compression of transformer windings, which are arranged at the transformer magnetic circuit, contains yoke beams with rests, in which threaded holes for pressing screws are made, support plates, pressing rings, whichare arranged at the end surfaces of the winding that face the yoke beams, and disk springs, which are arranged at the end parts of the pressing screws over the support plates. According to the present invention, the rests with the threaded holes are arranged as cantilevers relative to the yoke beams and joined with the beam flanges by stiffening ribs. In order to reliably compress the windings, each rest is made as a thick metallic plate with a central threaded hole, which is arranged in parallel to the longitudinal axis of the yoke beam and welded to one of the beam flanges. The stiffening ribs join the rest plate with the opposite flange of the yoke beam.</p> |
