PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wood holder for rod-shaped grafting wood piece in which the rod member 2 for grafting is thrust into the grafting rod member receiver 3, then the rod grafting member is readily pulled off from the rod- receiver 3 and thrust into the root stock. SOLUTION: The grafting rod holder 1 is constructed with two of elastic pieces 1A which are connected at their tails and the concave groove 1D is formed on the holder extending in the longitudinal direction in the front of the elastic piece 1A.
