PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeling mechanism capable of peeling a carrier tape surely and reducing facility cost by adopting a simple and inexpensive mechanism having operation form suitable for peeling operation of the carrier tape. SOLUTION: A part on the material discharge side of the carrier tape CT2 is peeling from an end part the material discharge side of an anicotropic conducting film Q by lifting a first movable structural part 1500B and moving it upward for the anisotropic conducting film Q stuck on a liquid crystal panel P.
