PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag-like bathing assisting apparatus allowing a physically handicapped person or a person requiring assistance for bathing to bath safely and smoothly, reducing the physical load of a care assistant, and allowing the person to bath smoothly in a bath unmodified for the physically handicapped person or in the unit bath of a hotel. SOLUTION: A hot water discharge faucet 2 and an intake faucet 3 are fitted to a bag 1, and hot water is filled into the bag 1 by a pump 4. (Hot water may be filled directly into the bag 1 through a hose 5 when the temperature can be set on the city water). The bag 1 is put in a bathtub 6 for the same function as the bathtub.
