PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooking utensil that is compact and light, and has improved smoke-sucking efficiency. SOLUTION: On the side of one side part of a cooking container 12 of a cooking utensil body 1, a smoke-sucking port 22 is provided, and a delivery port 30 is provided on the other side. Smoke is sucked from the smoke-sucking port 22 by a blower 24 that is provided at the lower side of the smoke-sucking port 22, and cleaned air is discharged from the delivery port 30. A bead-shaped projection 15 is formed on nearly a half surface at the side of the smoke- absorbing port 22 on an upper surface in the cooking container 12, and nearly a half surface on the side of the delivery port 30 is set to a plane part 17, thus heating and cooking meat or the like on the projection 15, rapidly removing oil smoke, and efficiently heating and cooking food materials with less oil content such as vegetables in the plane part 17 on the side of the delivery port 30. |
