PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method including a prostaglandin agonist useful for preventing the bone from being lost, recovering or enlarging the quantity of the bone, and useful for heightening the cure of the bone, and including the therapy of the state showing the low bone quantity, e.g. osteoporosis and/or bone deficiency in a vertebrate, especially a mammal including the human being, and further to provide a preparation composition. SOLUTION: The method and the preparation composition comprises the combination of an EP2 receptor-selective agonist and an EP4 receptor selective agonist, and further the method and the preparation composition comprises an agent being the agonist to both of the EP2 receptor and the EP4 receptor.
