摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method capable of producing a magnetic alloy product having the higher maximum magnetic permeability even in the case a power metallurgical method or a metal powder injection molding method is adopted by using iron-nickel magnetic alloy powder as the starting raw material. SOLUTION: In this method for producing an iron-nickel magnetic alloy product, a green compact obtained by heating and kneading iron-nickel magnetic alloy powder and a organic binder, subjecting the same to injection molding to form a molded body and performing debinder treatment to the injection molded body, or a sintered body obtained by sintering the green compact, or a green compact obtained by subjecting iron-nickel magnetic alloy powder to compression molding or a sintered body obtained by sintering the green compact is subjected to heat treatment at 1,100 to 1,350 deg.C for 2 to 5 hr in hydrogen atmosphere as a first heat treating stage and is next subjected to heat treatment at 430 to 650 deg.C for 1 to 5 hr in a hydrogen atmosphere as a second heat treating stage.
