PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrocardiogram analysis system capable of automatically extracting a target waveform from electrocardiogram waveforms, reducing the time and labor of electrocardiogram analysis and improving the reliability and a computer readable recording medium having a program recorded thereon. SOLUTION: This analysis system is provided with a transformation and extraction part 11 for obtaining a feature amount by wavelet-transforming electrocardiogram waveform data and extracting a maximum value or a minimum value from the feature amount and a pattern analysis part 12 for extracting the target waveform included in the electrocardiogram waveform by pattern-analyzing the maximum value or the minimum value extracted in the transformation and extraction part 11. By the system, the target waveform is automatically extracted from the electrocardiogram waveform, the time and labor of the electrocardiogram analysis are reduced and the reliability is improved by performing objective analysis. |
