<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health condition management device for monitoring the health condition of a user based on information obtained from the state of blood circulation and appropriately advising and instructing the user. SOLUTION: A pulse wave sensor 4 measures the finger tip volume pulse waves of the user and an acceleration sensor 5 calculates an acceleration value from the body movement of the user. The output is converted to digital signals in a sensor interface 6. A CPU 1 judges whether or not the user is during exercise based on the acceleration value read from the sensor interface 6. From the result, the CPU 1 fetches pulse waves before and after the exercise and obtains acceleration pulse waves. Then, the ratio of the amplitude of inflection points included in the waveform of the acceleration pulse waves is calculated, the exercise of the user is evaluated from the amplitude ratio before and after the exercise and the result is displayed at a display device 7.</p> |
