PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desk top panel with a constitution wherein both soundproof properties and visibility are compatible with each other while an essential function of the desk top panel which is arranged on the unused end side of a furniture with a top board and covers a space to be used of the top board is kept. SOLUTION: A window part 3 is formed on a part of the panel main body P of the desk top panel DP (SP) to make it possible to be visible from both directions, i.e., from the top board side and the outside through this window part 3.
