VECTOR FOR GENE TRANSFER TO PLANT USING NEW SORTING MARKER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vector for gene transfer to plants capable of easily and efficiently sorting out a gene transferred tissue and moreover having a sorting marker gene of which the safety of the gene product is secured without using a substance deteriorating activity of a plant cell and to simultaneously obtain a vector for gene transfer to plants having a function eliminating influences of the sorting marker gene after the gene transferred cell is sorted out, capable of efficiently repeating transfer of the objective gene many times and capable of easily providing gene transferred plants in which the influences of the sorting marker gene are eliminated. SOLUTION: This vector for gene transfer to plants comprises a signal transductional gene of a plant hormone as the sorting marker gene used independently or by integrating into the position agreeing with DNA factor having a leaving function in behavior.
