PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam-type thawing/heating device capable of thawing and heating frozen food by steam without the intake of moisture in the frozen food, jetting steam evenly to the frozen food, sufficiently, and efficiently transmitting the heat of the jetted steam to the frozen food to accelerate the thawing and heating of the frozen food, and speedily and uniformly performing thawing and heating cooking. SOLUTION: A steam jetting nozzle pipe 5 is arranged above a food tray to be taken into and out of a steam case 3 consisting of a bottom 1 and cover, and a steam guide plate is inclined and provided behind the steam jetting nozzle pipe 5.
