PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a link type rear suspension easily and appropriately producing a roll steer having understeer characteristics. SOLUTION: The rear suspension has an axle housing 1 extending in the car width direction; and a pair of upper arms 2 and a pair of lower arms 3 whose rear ends are connected to both ends in the length direction of the axle housing 1 and front ends are connected to a car body 5, and in a normal state not producing a bound and a rebound, each upper arm 2 has a connecting point 6B to the axle housing 1 higher than a connecting point 6A to the car body 5, and in the same normal state, each lower arm 3 has a connecting point 7B to the axle housing 1 higher than a connecting point 7A to the car body 5.
