PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means of automatically conducting time counting operation which has conventionally been conducted by a third party or each player as a method of counting and integrating play time of each player in games of go and shogi for the purposes of promoting and developing go and shogi. SOLUTION: A conductive body 2 is fixed to an upper surface of a go board 1 or a shogi board 46, a connection terminal 5 of the conductive body 2 is provided on the board side, and each player wears a conductive band 8. A detection signal generator 23 in a time counting timer 11 is electrically connected to the connection terminal 5, and an input signal connection jack 12, 13 of the counting timer 11 is to the conductive band 8 worn by each player.
