PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To modify a flat showcase into a sealed type showcase while ensuring a sufficient hygienical environment without decreasing the display decorative property. SOLUTION: This showcase forming kit comprises a top plate 2, a front plate 3, a rear plate 4 and a side plate 5, being transparent, which are built up into a box shape wherein the bottom surface is open, and can form a display space S inside, and the showcase forming kit is mounted on the edge of a take- out port 1a of a built up flat showcase 1, of which the take-out port 1a is opened on the top.
