Process for the discrimination of igg-producing cells from non-igg-producing cells

Described is a novel process for the identification of IgG-producing cells from non-IgG-producing cells by discriminating fluorescently labelled encapsulated IgG-producing and non-IgG-producing cells using flow cytometry.
