PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal/cyclic hydrocarbon resin laminate having electromagnetic characteristics proximate to those of a metal in low electric resistance or the like and appearance near to that of a metal in metal gloss or the like, excellent in moistureproof properties, light cutting-off properties, transparency and gas barrier properties against O2, CO2 or the like, excellent in flexibility as compared with glass, a metal or the like, low in specific gravity and water absorbability, excellent in adhesion and excellent in twist properties in both longitudinal and lateral directions and tear strength in a sheet or film-like state. SOLUTION: The metal/cyclic hydrocarbon resin laminate is constituted by forming at least one metal or metal oxide layer on a resin molded object comprising a specific cyclic hydrocarbon resin and has a film or sheet-like state. The film-like metal/cyclic hydrocarbon resin laminate can be preferably used as a film for a condenser.
