PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber cutter enabling safe rubber cutting work and reduction in manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: Cylindrical rubber 4 is put into a carrying container main body 3, put on a carrying conveyor 2 and driven, a carrying container stops at a position of an insertion port 5 and puts the cylindrical rubber 4 into the insertion port, the insertion port delivers each piece of the cylindrical rubber to a rubber cutting part by two cutting pieces 6, 6A, the rubber cutting part is of a shape combined with a driving part 7 and a rubber installing part 8, the cylindrical rubber is inserted by a moving cylinder 8D while rotationally changing installing cylinders 8C to divide to both of rubber installing part installation on the side of the insertion port, the cylindrical rubber after insertion and installation is sequentially cut sectionally from one side by a cutter 10 when the cylindrical rubber passes a continuous cutter while rotating in the same way, and cut rubber 4A is stored in a receiver box when an installation cyinder 8C is opened to both sides on the discharge side.
