PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a working efficiency by eliminating a loss time when different operations such as milling and reaming are performed successively. SOLUTION: A subspindle 4 parallel with a spindle for milling 3 is fitted to a working head 2 of an NC machine allowing the spindle 3 to be controlled numerically, a reamer tool 7 is fitted to the tip of the subspindle 4, and an air cylinder unit 5 is provided to move the subspindle 4 forward and backward. Usually, the reamer tool 7 at the tip of the subspindle 4 is positioned at a clear position over the milling tool 6 at the tip of the spindle 3 and, after the milling by the spindle 3 is completed, the reamer tool 7 is lowered to a working position below the milling tool 6 for reaming operation.
