PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and speedily mount a child seat, to regulate a seat position during usage of the child seat, to stop a reclining operation of a seat back, and to prevent damage of the child seat, the seat back, and an electric driving mechanism. SOLUTION: A limit switch 31 is provided near a striker 21 of a rear frame 13 of a sear frame 12, the limit switch 31 detects that a lock claw 9a of a lock member 9 of the child seat 7 is locked to the striker 21, and based on a detection signal therefrom, the operation of a reclining device is turned off.
