PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of supplying and packaging wherein edible oil can be efficiently and safely supplied and transported from a point to another. SOLUTION: The method of supplying and packaging for efficiently transferring a purified edible oil from a storage site P1 to a consumer site P2 includes, at the storage site, a filling process for filling the edible oil into a plastic flexible bag 2 and a receiving process for loading the plastic bag 2 into an outer packaging container 3 for receiving. In includes, at the consumer site, a first unpacking process for unpacking the container 3 for removing the plastic flexible bag 2 and a second unpacking process for unsealing the bag 2 for taking out the edible oil.
