PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to efficiently extract dioxins from a dioxins- containing material by a simple operation at a low cost. SOLUTION: In the method of extracting the dioxins by bringing the dioxins- containing material into contact with an extracting agent, the extracting agent contains an amphipathic material having hydrophobicity and hydrophilicity and water.
