PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct a defibrillation treatment safely and quickly with a simple action and to prevent the occurrence of infection during a heart surgery. SOLUTION: This defibrillating electrode has a pair of electrodes: one is an inner paddle electrode 2, and the other is a sticking type disposable electrode 6. When the defibrillating electrode is to be used, the disposable electrode 6 is stuck to the back of a patient in advance, the electrode section of the inner paddle electrode 2 is directly put on the heart of the patient when ventricle fibrillation occurs during surgery, and a current is fed between these electrodes from a defibrillator 3 to stimulate the heart.
