PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable liquid polyisocyanate composition having 15-30% NCO group content and <90% monomer diphenylmethane diisocyanate content and improved coagulation stability. SOLUTION: This liquid polyisocyanate composition has 15-30% NCO group content and comprises (A) an allophanate modified MDI having 16-32.5% NCO group content, (B) a low-molecular weight branched aliphatic dihydroxy compound and (C) 0.01-1 wt.%, based on the total of the components (A) and (B), of an epoxide functional compound.
