PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device used together with a multi-row type CT fan beam system for collecting data in a high-speed mode and using the data corresponding to half scanning so as to form images within one or more image planes. SOLUTION: In these method and device, for respective beam angles corresponding to the image planes, by interpolating and/or extrapolating simultaneously collected data, the data are generated. In this case, the simultaneously collected data include the data corresponding to a single line source position relating to the image plane.
