PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing material composition which has an excellent weather resistance, exerts a good stain-proofing property and shows a high extensibility. SOLUTION: The sealing material composition comprises a copolymer(A), a polyoxyalkylene compound (B) having two or more isocyanate groups at the terminal, a curing accelerator (C) and a filter (D). Here, the copolymer (A) is obtained by polymerizing a radical-polymerizable monomer at a polymerization temperature of from 150 to 350 deg.C and has a hydroxyl value of from 5 to 35 mg KOH/g, a glass transition temperature of -70 to 10 deg.C and a number average molecular weight of 500 to 20,000. The proportion pf the copolymer (A) to the compound (B) is 1:0.5 to 1:1.5, calculated as a molar ratio of hydroxy groups in the copolymer (A) to isocyanate groups in the compound (B). Against 100 pts.wt copolymer (A), the curing accelerator (C) content is 0.01 to 10 pts.wt. and the filter (D) content is 10 to 300 pts.wt.
