PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately determine a compound fertilizer product optimum to a customer and a standard amount of applied fertilizer. SOLUTION: A design tool 16 of a compound fertilizer designs optimum compound components of the compound fertilizer and a compounding amount of each of the components in cultivating a sort in a district for every district name and sort name of cultivation districts of the farm products recorded in a cultivation information file. A product integration tool 18 integrates products in sorts neither too much nor too little by adding the same product name to the compound fertilizer having the same compound components and the same or nearly equal compounded amount of each of the components in the designed compound fertilizer. A product file preparation tool 20 prepares a product file which stores the information for product specifications of the compound fertilizer based on names of every products, a retrieval file preparation tool 19 prepares a retrieval file 13 which stores product names and standard amounts of applied fertilizers for every pair of the district name and sort name. When a district name and variety name is input, a retrieval tool 21 outputs the product name and the standard amount of applied fertilizer optimum to the district name and the sort name by referring to the retrieval file 13.
