PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing 13CO enriched gaseous CO by which an isotope can efficiently be separated by simple operation and 13CO enriched gaseous CO in which 13CO is concentrated can be obtained at low cost. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing 13CO enriched gaseous CO, the gaseous CO containing the 13CO and 12CO is introduced into an adsorption tower in which a CO adsorbent is packed, and the gaseous CO whose 13CO concentration is relatively reduced is recovered by adsorbing relatively readily adsorbable 13CO and passing relatively hardly adsorbable 12CO, and adsorbed gaseous CO whose 13CO concentration is relatively increased is eliminated and recovered by reducing pressure in the adsorption tower by stopping the introduction of the gaseous CO after the lapse of a prescribed time. |
