SOLUTION: A block row 16 arranging blocks 16A at equal intervals in the circumference direction Y of a tread 14 is arranged within a central region A. A lug row 18 arranging lugs 18A at equal intervals in the circumference direction Y of the read 14 is arranged within both side regions B. A tread pattern having a negative ratio of a value exceeding 45% is formed in accordance with the arrangement of the block row 16 and the lug row 18 in the tread 14, and expansion coefficient in the both side regions B of the tread 14 is set larger than that in the central region A of the tread 14 in the pressurization of a tire from a low inner pressure state to an inner pressure filling state. |
