PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately prevent excess oscillation so as not to cause uncomfortable feeling to an operator, and lengthen the life of a device in an oscillation control mechanism of a rear axle supported so as to be capable of oscillating to a car body in a forklift or the like used for the transport, loading and unloading of a load. SOLUTION: The oscillation control mechanism gently functioning and safely, surely acting as a stopper is obtained by controlling the oscillation of the rear axle so as to be capable of oscillating to the car body with a stopper member for controlling the oscillation by coming into contact with an upper plate of the axle and an additional stopper member coming into contact with an elastic body plate installed on the surface of the upper plate, both installed within the distance range smaller than the distance between contacts of the stopper member.
