PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin Internet appliance printer for pushdown storage. SOLUTION: This printer comprises a box-like housing corresponding to a conventional electronic audio video component so that the printer can easily be stack up on the other components. A thin Internet appliance printer for pushdown storage, having a detachable combination input/output tray cassette provided with a supporting means for holding the output tray substantially on the horizontal surface in the case the output tray is pulled outward from the cassette by a distance sufficient for supporting from below each sheet of media to be discharged from the printer is provided.
