PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for window glass not damaged in its light transmissivity and appearance even if used at an environmentally polluted place and having self-cleaning properties and easy cleaning properties. SOLUTION: In the film having self-cleaning properties for window glass constituted by forming a surface layer containing photocatalytic titanium oxide particles on a flexible base material, the surface layer generates no turbidity at a time of outdoor exposure, and the contact angle of the surface of the surface layer with water can become 20 deg. or less corresponding to the irradiation of ultraviolet rays with a wavelength of 400 nm or less.
