PIPE LINING MATERIAL, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR AND PIPE LINING TECHNIQUE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe lining material which ensures sufficient strength in a joint part even when the welding of a ribbon-like resin adsorbing material to the joint part is omitted and at the same time, can be easily manufactured with efficient workability. SOLUTION: A tubular resin adsorbing material 3 obtained by superposing the end parts of a strip resin absorbing material 3' over each other and stitching them, is impregnated with an uncured curable resin to constitute the pipe lining material 1 in such a manner that when the pipe lining material 1 is opened in a tubular fashion, the end parts of the joint part (a) are superposed over each other. Since the end parts of the strip resin adsorbing material 3' are lapped over each other at the joint part (a) of the pipe lining material 1 when the material 1 is forced to spread in the tubular fashion, the ribbon-like resin adsorbing material as a reinforcing member need not be welded to the joint part (a) contrary to the conventional technique. Thus it is possible to ensure sufficient strength in the joint part (a), even when the welding of the ribbon-like resin adsorbing material to the joint part (a) is omitted. In addition, the pipe lining material 1 can be easily manufactured with efficient workability.
