PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a vehicle having a centrifugal clutch for transmission run from voluntarily moving during reducing the rotating speed of an engine. SOLUTION: In the vehicle which transmission runs via the centrifugal clutch 2 to be turned on/off depending on the rotation the engine 1, a brake 4 is applied by cancelling the operation of an accelerator pedal 3 for operating the rotation of the engine 1.
