PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carry case for easily and immediately storing, taking out and carrying the CD, a DVD, the MD or the like. SOLUTION: A carry case is provided with an inner case 3 and an outer case 4. The inner case 3 is formed into a box shape for storing the CD or the like inside and provided with a handle section 31 on one end face in the longitudinal direction, while a hook section 35 used when a stored article is drawn out of the outer case 4 is formed on the outer end face in the longitudinal direction. The outer case 4 is provided with through-holes 43 into which the handle section 31 is inserted through is formed on one end face in the longitudinal direction, while the other end face 41 facing the above one end face is opened on the outer case. The inner case 3 is stored in or drawn out of the opening 41 of the outer case 4. The inner case 3 is so constituted as to be inserted into the opening 41 of the outer case 4 only from the side of the handling section 31.
