PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the storage cost, the transport cost and the manufacturing cost by reducing the size of a truck and simplifying the structure of the truck. SOLUTION: This truck comprises a base plate 2 for loading a cargo thereon, at least three casters 10 mounted on a lower side of the base plate 2, a fitting device 20 fixed downwardly to both side surfaces close to one end of the base plate 2, and a holding frame 15 which is turnably jaurnalled by the fitting device 20, erected substantially orthogonal to the base plate 2 when in use, and lockable along an outer peripheral surface of the base plate 2 when not in use.
