PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the noise level caused by the vibration inside a rolling stock by suppressing the vibration attributable to the unbalance of a driving system in a truck for the rolling stock. SOLUTION: A container 40 containing granules 41 is installed inside a link 30 connecting a connection member 25 of a rolling stock body 20 to a truck frame 11. A rubber sheet 50 is provided between the link 30 and the container 40. The rotational vibration generated from a driving system of a motor 41 for traveling, a reduction gear and a shaft coupling is transmitted to the link 30. The vibration energy generated in the link 30 is converted into the dynamic energy of the granules 41 by the collision of the granules 41 with each other in the container 40, and the vibration in the link 30 is reduced. Propagation of the vibration to the rolling stock body can be suppressed thereby. The dynamic vibration absorbing effect is obtained by the rubber sheet.
