PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of working environment and facilitate the maintenance operation of a coating instrument, by spraying uniformly an appropriate amount of a powdery adhesive, and recovering the excess adhesive to recycle it. SOLUTION: This device comprises a transfer means 1 with gaps, a hopper 2 installed at the lower part of the transfer means and a diffusing vessel 3 with an opening in the lower part, which is installed at the upper part of the transfer means. The powder adhesive 5 in the hopper is discharged to the ceiling of the diffusing vessel 3, the appropriate adhesive is uniformly sprayed by falling freely on a skin material 7 on the transfer means and the excess powdery adhesive is recovered to the hopper 2.
