PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate problems such that when the whole of a shell is integrally molded, the shell is oriented in the three-dimensional direction, and the volumes of dies have to become very large so that the cavity can be closed under a correct state in spite that the substantial cavity contact volume is not so large, and therefore, the whole of a molding machine including the dies becomes extremely large and expensive, and the manufacturing cost is disadvantageously affected to a great degree. SOLUTION: In this chair wherein an inner shell 1 is arranged in an approximate L-shape when seen from the side, the chair is constituted by engaging the seat corresponding section 11 of the inner shell 1, the backrest corresponding section 12 of the inner shell 1, which is a separate body from the seat corresponding section 11, the inner shell 1 which is provided on the backrest corresponding section 12, and an outer shell 2 which is provided on the backrest corresponding section 12 through an engaging section 24.
