PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the labor of workers, carry out the changeover of oil feeding from oil cans of different capacity, feed oils from the cans brought in by customers to provide the good handling and measure and display the accurate oil feed amount. SOLUTION: Setting sections of oil cans 1 and 19 of different sizes are formed individually on a body 11 to be carried, and a plurality of sets of piping 19a and 19b reaching the oil cans are connected with piping 23 provided with a pump 25 and a flowmeter 26 in the middle through a manual changeover valve 28, and also a display instrument 27 for displaying the measured amount measured by the flowmeter 26 and a driving switch driving the pump 25 are provided on an operation control section formed on the body to be carried, and a hose 36 with a jet nozzle 37 is connected with the jet side of the flowmeter 26 through the piping 23.
