PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a synthetic resin pallet is weak in strength against the collision of a fork. SOLUTION: A connection portion of stays between upper and lower deck boards is formed of substantially same section as that of the stay and of a closed hollow structure, a reinforcement rib is provided on an upper plate of the deck board, an opening edge is formed on an inclined surface or a curved surface expanded toward an opening in a side wall facing a fork inlet in the stays at four corners and intermediate stays, a diagonal reinforcement rib is provided in a direction substantially orthogonal to the tangential line of the inclined surface or the curved surface, the diagonal reinforcement rib and a orthogonal reinforcement rib orthogonal to the side surface of the pallet are integratedly connected to each other by a connection rib parallel to the side surface, the connection rib is provided on the substantially same line as the reinforcement rib provided on the deck board, and the orthogonal reinforcement rib is integratedly connected to the reinforcement rib in the connection port of the deck board.
