PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make mass-producible an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer-made snow board boots liner provided with an expandable inner bag. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing snow board boots liner comprises the following processes. Powdery oil chalk is applied to the surface of a first sheet, a material of the inner bag. A second sheet, another material of the inner bag, is disposed on the first sheet so that the powdery oil chalk may be interposed between the first and second sheets. A shape of the inner bag is cut out from the two sheets which are the materials of the inner bag and then a joint 12 is formed. Then, a shape of the snow board boots liner 30 is cut out from an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) sheet and the inner bag 10 is installed at a proper place of the liner 30. After the EVA sheet is folded and sewed up, the inner bag 10 is expanded a little. An assembly constituted of the EVA sheet and the inner bag 10 which is disposed in a shoetree is properly heated to shape the EVA sheet into a final shape of the snow board boots liner 30. |
