PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a yellow coloring heat-sensitive recording material provided with sharpness and high contrast. SOLUTION: In a yellow coloring heat-sensitive recording material provided with a heat-sensitive coloring layer composed usually of a colorless or light-color coloring compound, a developing compound for coloring the coloring compound when heated and a sensitizer as main components, the coloring compound represented by formula (1) and containing a 2,4'-dihydroxydiphenyl sulfone or a 4-hydroxy-4'-benzyl oxydiphenyl sulfone is contained as the developing compound. |
