PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging composite sheet receiving no adverse effect of an adhesive, excellent in retaining dust and not damaging a material to be packaged. SOLUTION: The packaging composite sheet is constituted by bonding a thermoplastic film and a nonwoven fabric without interposing an adhesive and the surface roughness Rz of the nonwoven fabric of the composite sheet is 10-100μm.
