SURFACE DECORATING METHOD OF THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER MOLDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust glossiness, reduce uneven luster and improve outer appearance quality without painting a surface of a thermoplastic elastomer molding. SOLUTION: Surface treatment is carried out by spouting a blast material on a mold of a thermoplastic elastomer composition containing not less than 20 weight % of a hard segment component. It is favourable that the thermoplastic elastomer component contains a thermoplastic elastomer 100 pts.wt. made of 20-80 weight % of a thermoplastic elastomer copolymer and 80-20 weight % of thermoplastic resin and a softener 0-60 pts.wt. for rubber.
