PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine capable of stably launching game balls by easily controlling the dispersion of game balls in launching direction caused by assembling error of a game board and a ball launcher. SOLUTION: This pinball game machine comprises an inclination angle adjuster 10 on an outside guide rail 3b for guiding game balls into an amusement region provided on the surface of a game board for controlling the inclining angle of an outside guide rail 3b with respect to the game board. It is preferable that the inclination angle adjuster 10 is provided in the vicinity of the game ball launcher.
