PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stackable desk having a chair function wherein an operation to form a chair part for achieving a chair function and an operation to contain a part composing the chair part for preparing for stacking can be easily performed by one action, and stacking can be performed easily. SOLUTION: The desk (1) comprises a pair of left and right outer supporting frames (5 and 5). A member comprising a seat part and a backrest are enclosed in a flat plate shape, when it is viewed from the side, between the outer supporting frames (5 and 5) comprising the desk (1) so that the member are overlapped and hidden by the outer supporting frames (5 and 5), and that the entire desk looks like a letter Z shape when it is viewed from the side of the desk (1). The enclosed member comprising the seat part and the backrest is drawn out to the rear of the desk (1), and the seat part extended horizontally and the backrest extended vertically are formed with one action by a link mechanism of each member rotatably or slidably linked.
